Rust Lifestyle is a UK based homeware brand offering thoughtfully designed, sustainably minded goods for everyday living. From timeless ceramics to tactile, functional pieces, everything we stock is carefully curated to bring warmth and intention into your home.

What makes your products sustainable?

We believe beautiful things shouldn’t come at the expense of the planet. While sustainability is an ongoing journey, we’re committed to making thoughtful choices wherever possible. That’s why we prioritise:

    We aim to use materials that are renewable and lower-impact. Sourced with care and consideration.

    Working in smaller quantities helps reduce waste, and collaborating with skilled makers supports traditional techniques and local economies.

We don’t claim to be perfect, but we support slower, more mindful ways of living - and we’re always looking for ways to do better.

How much is shipping?

  • £4.50 for orders up to 2kg
  • £7.00 for orders over 2kg
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over £75

How long will my order take to arrive?

In stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered in 2-4 working days (excluding Sundays).

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes! Pre-orders allow you to reserve items before they’re available. Delivery is estimated at 1–2 months, depending on supplier timelines - though it may be quicker or longer. We’ll keep you informed by email throughout.
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before dispatch for a full refund.

Can I return my order?

Yes, if you change your mind, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and then return the item within another 14 days.
Returns are at the customer’s cost and must be safely packaged.

How long does it take to hear back from you?

We aim to respond to all emails within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, it might take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to help promptly.
