At Rust Lifestyle, we hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without needing to provide a reason.

Once you notify us of your wish to return, you then have another 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

How to Request a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Include your order number and a brief reason for returning (optional but appreciated).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package with full instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note, all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
  • Rust Lifestyle is not liable for any returns lost in transit.

Packaging & Condition

Please ensure all returns are:

  • Safely packaged, especially delicate homeware items - these must be well-protected to avoid breakage in transit.
  • In unused, resalable condition, with original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We’re unable to accept returns on:

  • Personalised or custom made items
  • Used or damaged goods
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damages and Issues

Please contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
